省级公共图书馆文化精准扶贫研究──以吉林省图书馆为例

本文通过分析吉林省图书馆文化精准扶贫实践,发现存在文化扶贫精准识别能力不强,文化贫困主体人群参与性不高,文化精准扶贫人才队伍建设有待加强,文化精准扶贫机制不完善等问题,引发了要加大文化精准扶贫政策宣传力度,结合贫困地区特色因地制宜并运用'互联网+'技术来开展文化精准扶贫活动,利用省级公共图书馆优势为贫困地区人群精准配书的几点思考,以期为省级公共图书馆更好地开展文化精准扶贫工作提供参考。

Through analysis and study of Jilin province library culture accurate cultural poverty alleviation poverty alleviation practice accurate recognition ability is not strong,the cultural poverty population of the main body participation is not strong,the precision culture needs to strengthen the talents construction for poverty alleviation,culture precision problems such as poverty alleviation mechanism imperfect,led to increasing precision culture poverty alleviation policy propaganda,combined with the characteristics in poor areas to adjust measures to local conditions and the application of'Internet+'precision technology to carry out cultural activities for poverty alleviation,take advantage of provincial public libraries for some poor area crowd precision with books,in order to optimize the culture accurate poverty alleviation work of provincial public library reference.
