公民参与省级公共图书馆志愿服务研究

为研究公民参与省级公共图书馆的志愿服务,主要从省级公共图书馆志愿服务开创情况、参与省级公共图书馆志愿服务的公民构成、公民参与省级公共图书馆志愿服务的内容分析3个方面调查分析现状。并针对目前公民参与省级公共图书馆志愿服务中存在的主要问题,探讨相应的对策,主要有省级公共图书馆要积极倡导志愿服务活动、省级公共图书馆要深化志愿服务内容、省级公共图书馆要创新志愿服务管理等。

In order to study the citizen participation in volunteer services of the provincial public library,the current situation is investigated and analyzed from three aspects,which are the opening of the volunteer services,the user structure,and the volunteer service contents and activities.Aiming at the main problems,corresponding suggestions are put out,which are advocating the volunteer activities positively,deepening the volunteer service contents and activities,and innovating the management of volunteer services.
