To keep pace with the times is the soul of Maxism and source of its keeping youthful forever. Maxism with Chinese Characteristics is the result of its continuous innovation and development in theory by the Communist Party of China. The important thought of'Three Represents' is a new development of Maxism and a guiding ideology of action to the Communist Party of China.
