高校青年教师思想上存在的几个误区及成因

高校青年教师是教师队伍中的骨干力量。由于种种原因 ,高校青年教师的思想政治工作被忽略 ,以致青年教师在思想上存在一些误区 ,这不利于高校对人才的培养。文章对高校青年教师思想上的误区及成因进行了分析 ,以推进高校的思想政治工作。

Young teachers in colleges are the backbones of the faculty. For some reasons, the idedogical and political work of young people in colleges is always ignored, so they have some misunderstandings in their ideology .That′s not favorable for training the talents in colleges. This article purposes in analysing the misunderstandings and causes in the ideology of young teachers in colleges in order to promote the ideological and political work of all colleges.
