提高我校教学质量的关键——师资与学风

The key points to improve the education quality——Teaching staff and style of study

新世纪初 ,全国高校扩招 ,河南机专———这所省属“高工专”的扩招幅度可观 ,伴随而来的最大危机是教学质量下滑。影响教学质量因素种种 ,其主要原因是师资与学风存在一些问题。在连续扩大教学规模的同时 ,保证质量是我校的当务之急。笔者针对我校师资、教风、学风实况 ,提出一些看法及改进措施。

With the enlarging enrollment of college students in the whole country, Henan Mechanical and Electrical Engineering College has also conducted a good intake this new term. However, the education quality has suffered a falling off as a side effect of more undergraduates,especially in staff resourse and style of study.How to keep college education quality is the key issue for the college, or even for the whole education field of China now.In this essay, the author offers his idea and suggestions about the faculty construction and style of study improvement which are sure to be helpfull for this college and other colleges and universities.
