摘要
台湾在处理两岸经贸关系时,应该认清以下三点:一是20世纪90年代后全球经济一化和区域化趋势;二是台湾经济与大陆沿海经济已经初步一体化;三是两岸都已经加入世界贸易组织。在此形势下,台湾当局只有促进两岸经贸关系的正常发展,台湾经济才能重新振兴,否则就有被边陲化的危险。
In dealing with the economic and trade relationship between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits, Taiwan should keep in mind the following points: (1) trends of economic globalization and regional cooperation since the late 1990s; (2) the emergent economic integration between Taiwan and the mainland's coastal regions; and (3) the accession to WTO of both sides. Under such circumstances, Taiwan can revitalize its economy only by promoting the normal development of economic and trade relationship between the two sides. Otherwise, Taiwan economy may face the danger of marginalization.
