This thesis discusses the importance of information integration between the device-control level base FCS and supervise and control level and mangement level according to the factory automation,studies the method to realize information integration in the measure and control network from hardware and software,analyzes the advantage and disadvantage,and emphatically analyzes the principle,method,function and construction of OPC technique.
