摘要
领导艺术作为一种学科概念产生于上世纪 2 0年代的美国 ,为适应社会发展的现实需要 ,这一概念得到不断的发展与完善 ,直到上世纪 80年代终于成为一门独立学科。领导艺术学是一门新兴的边缘学科 ,本文回顾了它的起源、发展 ,并对当前主要理论流派的思想进行了分析比较。最后 ,对该学科在我国素质教育中发挥作用的可能性进行了一定的探讨与展望。
Leadership is nothing new. It has long been there in our mind. However, it was in the 1920s that American scholars first became interested in the very concept of leadership, which finally led to serious studies on it in the ensuing decades. Social scientists, like socio-psychologists, humanists, behaviorists, have been carrying out researches from a variety of perspectives. Along with the development of not only the American society, but also the whole world, the notion of leadership has been further understood and enriched. Then in the 1980s, leadership became an independent field of study. Leadership, as an independent enquiry, has attracted even greater attention of scholars all over the country.
