摘要
通过试管二倍稀释法,测定了16种常用抗菌药物对大肠杆菌O78的最小抑菌浓度。结果表明,大肠杆菌标准株对司帕沙星最敏感,MIC为0 .0 0 6 2 5μg·m L- 1 ;其次是环丙沙星,MIC为0 .0 12 5μg·m L- 1 ;大肠杆菌分离株对链霉素最敏感,MIC为4μg·m L- 1 ,对阿米卡星、环丙沙星和司帕沙星较敏感,MIC为8μg·m L- 1 。
The inhibited experiment in vitro that the minimum inhibited concentration(MIC) of 16 antibacterial drugs against E.coli was studied.The results were as follows:Sparfloxacin was the most active against E.coli standards with MIC of 0 00625 μg·mL -1 ;The next was Ciprofloxacin with MIC of 0 0125 μg·mL -1 .However,Streptomycin was the most potent against E.coli isolates with MIC of 4 μg·mL -1 ,Amicacin was the next with MIC of 8 μg·mL -1 as Ciprofloxacin and Sparfloxacin.$$$$
