摘要
采用酶活性测定法 ,对不同抗性南瓜品种感染 Phytophthora capsici病菌后几种酶活性测定。结果表明 ,过氧化物酶 (POD)、多酚氧化酶 (PPO)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶 (PAL)活性与品种抗疫病性呈正相关。抗感品种健康植株的多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶的活性差异不显著 ,苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性差异显著。抗感品种接种后 POD的活性变化分别在 36 ,4 8,6 0 h出现 3次高峰 ,PPO的活性变化分别在 30 h,4 2 h出现 2次高峰 ,PAL 的活性变化分别在 30 ,4 8h出现
The activity of POD,PPO and PAL had close relation with the resistant or susceptible squash cultivars.The activity of POD and PPO wasn't distinctly different between the healthy stems of resistant cultivars and the susceptible one,and the activity of PAL was distinctly different.The activity of POD emerged three higher points in 36,48,60 h after inoculation,the activity of PPO emerged two in 30,42 h after inoculation,the activity of PAL emerged tow in 30,48 h after inoculation.$$$$
