摘要
水稻赣秀早在剑叶出叶期喷施300 ppm多效唑能显著地延缓水稻叶片的衰老。主要表现在缓解叶绿素含量的减少和净光合速率的下降。多效唑对水稻叶片衰老的延缓效应和净光合速率的提高与促进超氧物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性以及抑制丙二醛(MDA)含量的升高有关。
Our experimental results showed that the early rice, treated with paclobutrazol when the flag leaf appears delays significantly the senescence of rice leaves: retarding the falling of chlorophyll content and the net photosynthetic rate. Our experimental results also rcvcaled that the effects of paclobutrazol on delaying the senescence of rice leaves and increasing the net photosynthetic rate correlate to the promotion of the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) and the resistance against the increase of malonaldehyde (MDA) content.
