南昌霉素A发酵中间代谢产物之间数学模型的初步探讨 被引量:1

摘要 本文根据南昌霉素A在200L不锈钢罐中发酵的测定数据在IBM/PC微机上进行数学模拟,结果表明:(1)南昌霉素A在发酵液中的累积,菌丝体DNA量的增长,糖、磷的消长变化分别与发酵时间X的函数关系为Y=a+blnX。(2)菌丝体DNA量的增长变化,糖、磷的消耗分别与南昌霉素A在发酵液中的累积y的函数关系为Y=ae^(bX)。(3)南昌霉素A的累积与还原糖的浓度X之间的函数关系为y=(a+bX)/X。(4)南昌霉素A比生产速率Q_p(在单位时间内单位菌体重量合成南昌霉素A速度)分别与发酵液中菌丝体DNA浓度、NH_3-N浓度、还原糖的浓度、总糖和溶磷消耗值之间的函数关系为Q_p=aXe^(bx)(b<0)。初步揭示了南昌霉素A发酵中间代谢物之间的内在关系。 According to the data of assaying the inter metaboltites in the fermentation of N.A, mathematical simulation was carried out by means of a computer. The results showed that, the interrelationship betwecn the increasing of N.A, the DNA content of mycelial, the increasing and declining of sugar and phosphate consumed in the fermentative solution and the fermentative time could be expressed in a formula as y=a+blnX respectively; the interrelationship between the increasing and declining of the DNA of mycelial, sugar and phosphate consumed and the accumulation of N.A could be expressed in a fomula as y=ae^(bX); the interrelationship between the concentration of reductive sugar and the accumulation of N.A could be expressed as y= (a+bX)/X; moreover the interrelationship between the synthesizing rate of N.A and the concentration of DNA of mycelial, NH_3-N, reductive sugar, total sugar and phosphate consumed could be expressed as y= aXe^(bX)(b<0).
