速生丰产林基地布局原则的探讨

AN APPROACH TO THE PRINCIPLES OF THE BASE DISTRIBUTION OF FAST-GROWING AND HIGH-YIELDING FORESTS

速生丰产林基地布局包括地区布局、地点布局和林地布局。影响基地布局的因素有三大类,一是自然资源和自然条件;二是经济条件与经济因素的地区差异;三是林业发展进程提出的要求。基地布局的原则是:1.合理分布。包括地区、培育项目、树种、培育周期。2.充分考虑区域林业经济的发展。3.坚持持续、稳定、协调发展,即指速生丰产林建设时间上的持续、发展速度的稳定、布局的规模适当。

The base distribution of fast-growing and high-yielding forests comprises district distribution, plot distribution and forest land layout. Factors affecting the base distribution are of three kinds: 1. natural resources and natural conditions; 2. the difference of economical conditions and economical elements among, districts; 3. the requiements of the process of forestry development. The principles of the base distribution are: 1. rational distribution, including district, items, species and period of cultivation. 2. full considerration to the development of regional forestry economy. 3. persistence in sustained, stable and coordinative development, i.e the continuity of the cultivation of fast-growing high-yielding forests, the steadiness of the development speed and the appropriateness of the distribution Scale.
