摘要
本文采用生物测定方法对江苏江宁铜山林区和句容茅山林区的马尾松毛虫 (Dendrolimus punctatus Walker) 进行了耐药性研究。结果表明:马尾松毛虫对氰戊菊酯的耐药力随龄期增加而增大,6龄幼虫耐药力为3龄幼虫的37倍。受药次数多的铜山林区虫群与未受药的茅山林区虫群比较,对溴氰菊酯和氰戊菊酯的耐药力均有所提高,抗性指数分别达到2.9和2.1。
The tolerance to fenvalerate in pine caterpillars, (Dendrolimus punctatus Walker) was studied in Tongshan forest district in Jiangning County and Maoshan forest district in Jurong County, Jiangshu province by the techniques of bioassay. The results showed that the tolerance to fenvalerate in pine caterpillars increased with the instar development, It was 37 times in the 6th instar over that in the 3rd instar based on the dipping amount of pesticide per larvae. Compared with the susceptible Maoshan colony, the resistance indexes of Tongshan colony, which contacted pesticide yearly to both deltamethrin and fenvalerate was 2.9 and 2.1, respectively.
