摘要
分析高校全媒体与大学生"三创"的内在逻辑,通过国家级大学生创业项目的案例分析,探讨高校全媒体运行机制的构建策略。研究发现:实施项目孵化制、导师负责制、党委主管制来规避高校全媒体创业项目的运行风险;实行赋能授权、优化内容生产等机制来激励大学生"三创",促进高校全媒体与"三创"教育融合发展,借此打破当前高校校园媒体的传播瓶颈和生存困境,探析高校全媒体型人才的培养策略。
This paper analyzes the internal logic of colleges’ all-media and the ' three innovations' of college students. Through the case analysis of national college students’ entrepreneurial projects,it discusses the construction strategy of colleges’ all-media operation mechanism. The study finds that: implementation of project incubation system,tutor responsibility system,party committee supervisory system to avoid the operational risks of colleges’ all-media entrepreneurship projects;implementation of empowerment authorization,optimization of content production and other mechanisms to encourage college students ' three innovations'. It aims to promote colleges’ all-media and ' three innovations' education integration development to break the current bottleneck and survival dilemma of college campus media,and to analyze the training strategy of college all-media talents.
