摘要
本文研究了莲腐败病中的细菌,确定了这种细菌的作用,以及与病原镰刀菌的关系,分离的细菌,菌落灰白色,圆形,球突状,表面光滑,菌体短杆状。大小为1.57~2.63×1.05~1.31μm,革兰氏染色阴性,鞭毛周生,一般3~8根。根据这些特征,认为此菌为Erwinia nelumbii Uyeda种。这种细菌对幼嫩的莲鞭和须根具有微弱的侵染性,能使损伤细胞变褐,但不扩大,在和病原镰刀菌[Fusarium oxysporum Schl.f.sp.nelumbicola(Nis.& Wat.)Booth]的生长中,可以共同的生存,在混合侵染中,具有加重侵染危害莲鞭的作用。
The bacteria isolated from the lesions of the rhizome rot of lotus have been studied. The colonies are circular, grayish, surface smooth. The bacteria are of short rods, 1.57-2.63×1.05-1.31μm of size; Gram negative; Peritrichate, usaually 3 to 8 flagella. These characteristics show that these bacteria should be identified as Erwinia nelumbii Uyeda. It is weakly infective to the young underground stems and roots of lotus. It makes the injured cells brown, but does not enlarge the lesions. These bacteria may grow together with the pathogen Fusarium oxysporum schl. f. sp. nelumbicola (Nis. & Wat.) Booth. The mixed infection (?)th both the pathogen fusarium and the bacteria mag increase the infction degree and cause more damage to the yonug underground stems of the host.
