对外贸易政策类型的实证研究

An Empiric Study of the Types of Policies Foreign Trade

当各国处于不同的历史时期,不同的经济发展水平;不同的统治集团对本国的统治以及各国对各自利益追求的差异性,其对外贸易政策也就会出现不同的特征。本文在对国家对外贸易政策的国别分析上,采用实证的分析手段——聚类分析,即根据世界经济论坛和瑞士国际管理发展学院提出的国家保护主义指标,将保护贸易政策分为高、中、低度保护三类,并且对各类之间的关系又进一步作了结构分析。

Based on the belief that different historic phases,different economic levels,different ruling powers for different interesi pursues result in different foreign trade policies,the paper takes an empiric approach to study foreign trade policies.It groups the policies into three categories such as high-,medium-and low-level ones in terms of their protection degree and a further structural analysis of their relationships is made between them.
