摘要
文章通过对WTO绿色壁垒的分析,揭示WTO绿色壁垒的本质和特征,使人们能正确地理解WTO绿色壁垒,摆正国际贸易、经济可持续发展与环境保护的关系,并从法律上提出一些应对WTO绿色壁垒的措施。
It is noted that China's WTO membership brings lower tariffs with her international trade partners together with new barriers such as green barriers. The paper, based on an analysis of the features of green barriers, believes that a good understanding of the essence of green barriers will help coordinate the relationships among international trade, sustainable economic development and environment protection. The paper concludes with a couple of countermeasures against green barriers from the legal perspectives.
