城市交通设施资源的经营模式探讨

On Management Mode of Resources of Urban Communication Facilities

城市交通设施是重要的城市基础设施,长期以来存在着建设资金短缺的问题。如何盘活现有的国有资源、弥补建设资金的不足,一直是城市管理建设者关心和研究的课题。从“城市经营”的角度,提出了经营城市交通设施资源的新思路,对经营城市交通设施资源的内涵、模式进行了探讨。

For urban communication facilities,one of the key part of infrastructure for a city,the shortage of construction funds has been a problem for long time.How to circulate the available national resource and make up the shortage of construction funds is always a problem to concern and study for urban managers and constructors.In this paper,from the angle of Urban Management,new idea on the management of urban communication facilities resource is proposed,and discussion on contents and models of the management of urban communication facilities resource is carried out.
