摘要
从内蒙古自治区赤峰市克旗的水电现状 ,分析其多种制约发展的因素 ,提出使地方小水电持续发展 ,再创辉煌的发展思路。
Based on the status of Keqi hydropower in Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, the various factors constraining development are analyzed and a concept of sustainably developing small hydropower and obtaining further achievements is put forward.
