摘要
针对轧机辊道存在缺点即辊子齿轮处于悬臂状态 ,受外力作用时齿轮啮合产生一个很大的附加力 ,从而加速联接齿轮轴和辊子轴承的磨损 ;固定心轴式联接齿轮轴的承载能力较低 ;辊子发生故障不易发现 设计出辊子与齿轮箱分离的改造方案 ,齿轮分配箱作为独立单元 ,在工作中只传递和分配动力 ,齿轮分配箱底座与主动端辊道架为一体式结构 ,投入运行后 。
The article is directed at the imperfections of the roller path of rolling mill. For instance, the gear wheel of roller is at cantilever state, pushed by outside force, the meshed gear wheel will produce a strong additional force, which quickens the wear and tear of the bearing's roller and the connected gear's axle. The connected gear's axle, whose medal is fixed with mandrel, bears quite low load, and it is not easy to detect the breakdowns of the roller. We have designed the division between the roller and gear box, As to the gear distributive box, it only serves as an independent unit which only delivers and distributes power at work, thus the foundation of gear distributive box and frame of driving roller path become a united construction. This method proves quite effective in practice.
