摘要
本文通过观察与分析极量运动疲劳时某些生理指标的变化,说明过性极量运动外周疲劳的发生机制可能首先不在中枢,而是在外周。
By observing and analyzing the change of some physiological targets during fatigue of extreme exercise,this article defines it is pcssible that the fatigue appears in the periphery at first,not in the nerve center.
