Speeding up economic development in Jiangxi Province is a critical measure to be taken to become well-off and catch up with the nation's level of development. Jiangxi Province enjoys abundant natural resources and has its potential to develop its economy. In this article the author wants to expound that the foreign economy and trade should be based on to help to quicken the construction of communication and the exploitation of energy sources,to improve the environment of investment and develop the economy of Jiangxi Province.
