异冰片基2—乙基己基琥珀酸酯磺酸盐的合成研究

Studies on Synthetic Technique of Isobornyl 2-ethylhexyl Succinic Ester Sulfonate

本文报道了用莰烯合成磺基琥珀酸酯表面活性剂的方法和合成工艺研究。并对TOM和TOSS中的萜烯基进行了分析和表征。TOM和TOSS中的萜烯基主要是异冰片基。

This paper reports the synthetic technique of surfactants of suliosuccinic ester type with camphene. The 2-ethylthexyl maleic monoesters were prepared at first by the reaction of maleic anhy- dride with 2-ethylhexyl alcohol at 105℃ for 8～10 hours. Then,to these monoestet,camphene was added in the presence of cation exchange resin as catalyst, the amount of which was 5％～10％ by weight of camphene. The temperature was kept at 65℃ for 12 hours. Terpenyl of TOM were confirmed mainly exist as isobornyl. The cation exchange resin can be use over again.
