摘要
梯级水电站河道中的下游库区水流处于准稳态时,非恒定流态与河道初始条件及上、下游边界条件有关.通过对初始条件和边界条件的动态调节,协调上、下游电站日放水过程,以达到有效利用水资源的目的.
The regime of unsteady flow is related to the river initial condition and upstream and downstream boundary conditions when the flow in the rivertype reservoirs between cascade hydropower stations is in a quasisteady state. The demand for utilizing water resources effectively can be met by dynamically regulating initial and boundary conditions to coordinate the dewatering process of upstream and downstream power stations.
