摘要
针对塔式起重机安全装置精度低、灵敏度低、可靠性差的问题 ,采用有限元分析软件对力矩限制器几个常用的安装位置进行分析 ,建立应变—起重力矩曲线 ,并借助于塔机整机性能试验台测试应变以确定力矩限制器最佳安装位置 ;测试起重量和工作幅度以获得塔机实际起重力矩曲线 ,通过与理论力矩曲线比较 ,对力矩限制器精度进行标定。
To solve the problems of low accuracy, sensitivity and reliability of safety device for tower crane experimental methods of the safety device are studied in this paper. At several fixing positions, the stresses of torque limiters are analyzed through finite element analysis, and stress-torque curves are established to determine the best position of torque limiter. With the help of the test board, the rising gravity and working range are tested, then the actual torque curve is obtained. Comparing with theoretic cure, the accuracy of torque limiter can be marked.
