摘要
本文通过二氢-8-甲酰基烯与格氏试剂反应合成了12种α-异莰烷基醇,将后者氧化合成了12种异莰烷基烃基酮.产品纯化后进行了 IR、~1H-NMR、MS 分析和评香鉴定.
This paper describes the syntheses of 12 kinds of α-isocamphanyl alcohols by the Grig- nard reaction of dihydro-8-formylcamphene and Grignard reagents.By oxidations,compounds alcohols were converted into 12 kinds of isocamphanyl-hydrocarbyl ketones.The products were identified by MS,IR and H-NMR.
