摘要
介绍尿素耙料机操作及电气控制系统改造的情况。该系统控制复杂 ,经二十多年的运行 ,设备陈旧 ,适合采用先进的可编程序控制器PLC控制替代电磁式继电器控制。通过改造改善了操作条件 ,优化了设备操作模式。
This paper briefly presents the revamping of the urea scraper operation and automation control system The system control is very complicated,and equipments are outdated after 20 years′operation before the revamp.The electromagnetic relays were replaced by PLC system.This revamp improved the operating conditions,and optimized the mode of operation.
