摘要
以己二酸和正己醇为原料,采用固体酸催化剂,直接酯化合成了己二酸二正己酯。考察了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比、催化剂用量等对酯化反应的影响,确定了最佳合成工艺条件:反应温度198℃,反应时间150min,正己醇与己二酸摩尔比3.2:1,催化剂用量0.72%(以体系总质量计)。在此条件下,己二酸二正己酯的收率达98.35%。固体酸催化剂不经处理可循环使用多次。该固体酸催化剂具有价廉易得、催化活性好、不腐蚀设备、无环境污染等优点。
Di - n - hexyl adipate was synthesized by direct esterification of n - hexanol and adipic acid. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, molar ratio of raw materials, and catalyst amount on the synthesis were investigated. The optimum conditions of synthesis were deteraiined as follovvs: reaction temperature 198℃, reaction time 150 min, molar ratio of n - hexanol and adipic acid 3.2:1 ,and catalyst amount 0.72%(based on the total mass of the reaction system) . The yield of product could reach 98.35 % under the conditions. The catalyst could be repetitively used without any treatments. The experimental results showed that the catalyst had many advantages, such as easy preparation, low cost, high activity, non - corrosive, and non - pollution.
