摘要
应用膜分离技术回收间歇式聚丙烯装置排空的不凝气中的丙烯,回收率可达90%。金陵石化公司塑料厂在原有丙烯回收装置基础上,只增加了膜分离装置,丙烯单耗下降4.3 kg/t,年增效200多万元,一年内回收投资。
The membrane separation technology could be used to recover propylene from the non - condensable gases emitted from the intermittent process polypropylene(PP) plant and the recovery rate of propylene could be up to 90%. The consumption of propylene was decreased 4.3 kg/t only by adding a membrane separation unit to the original propylene recovery facilities in JLPEC Plastics Plant. The economic benefit was increased more than RMB 2 million a year. The investment for the membrane separation unit could be retumed in a year.
