经尿道输尿管镜术及其辅助器械应用与改进(附352例报告)

Application and improvement of transurethral ureterscopy and its supplementary instrument (report of 352 cases)

目的:总结经尿道输尿管镜术及其辅助器械应用与改进的经验。方法:回顾性分析352例经尿道输尿管镜术的临床资料。结果:手术一次性成功率95.4％(336/352),并发症发生率7.4％(26/352),其中输尿管穿孔12例,输尿管撕裂伤3例,粘膜下假道6例,泌尿系感染5例。结论:器械的改进和技术的熟练,有助于提高疗效,减少手术并发症,延长器械使用寿命。

Objective Our experience in application and improvement of transurethral ureterscopy and its supplementary-instrument was reported. Methods 352 cases of transurethral ureterscopy were reviewed. Results The success rate of the one stage for all patients was 94. 5% , the incidence of complications was 7.4% (26/352), including ureter perforation (12 cases) , lacerated wound(3 cases) ,submucous false channel(6 cases) and urosepsis (5 cases). Conclusion With the irnprovement of instrument and proficiency of skills , therapeutic efficacy increased with few complication . The servicelife of instrument were extended.
