摘要
要建成一个先进、适用的智能化住宅小区,设计人员不仅需要掌握先进的技术,还要懂得本专业与其他有关部门如建设方、系统集成商、工程安装承包商及相关设计专业的协调与配合。
The paper introduced an advanced, livable residential buildings with intelligent system.The designers not only needed to master advanced technology, but also needed to know how to correspond and cooperate with other departments involved in the project from their own speciality to different specialities, such as the builders, system integraters and the project installation contractors.
