YWZ-RS20 1/3电除尘器在国内首次应用于钴硫精矿低温酸化焙烧收尘上,在烟气中二氧化硫、三氧化硫及水含量较高且烟尘黏滞性较大的条件下,技术上是成功的。从投运至今已安全稳定地运行了十几年,在有价金属钴的回收方面为企业创造了丰硕的经济效益。
The YWZ- RS20 1/3 electrostatic precipitator was applied to dust collection in low-temperature acidizing roasting of cobalt pyrite for the first time. The equipment is technically successful under the conditions of high contents of sulphur dioxide, sulphur trioxide and moisture, and sticky soot. It has run safely and steadily for 16 years, resulting in considerable economic benefit from the recovery of metal cobalt.
