头面部钝性损伤致严重视神经挫伤的赔偿医学分析

The indemnification medical analyse about patients suffer from the contusion of the head and the optic nerve

目的对头面部遭受钝性暴力所致严重视神经挫伤案例的赔偿医学问题进行探讨。方法运用眼科光学、电生理学及医学影像学的技术和方法对伤者进行检查 ,综合评定视功能。结果 15例伤者按上述方法进行评定 ,矫正视力 0 .1- 0 .3者 3例 ,占 2 0 % ,0 .0 2 - 0 .0 5者 2例 ,占 13 % ,无光感者 10例 ,占 67%。结论头面部钝性损伤合并视神经挫伤 ,其视功能预后不佳 ,常致视神经萎缩 ,因此提示临床脑外科与眼科医师加强紧密的合作 ,及早会诊 ,及时抓住治疗时机 ,减轻伤残程度和伤残率。同时 ,法医鉴定时应综合运用各种眼科检查技术并邀请眼科专家会诊 ,确定伤残程度 。

Objective To research the indemnification medical problem about the contusion of the head and the face. Methods We use ophthatmotogical optics, electrophysiology of vision and medical image technique to assess the visualfunction of the patients. Result The visualfunction of 15 patients were checked, The correctted vision were 0.1-0.3 about 3 patients (20%); The correctted vision were 0.02-0.05 about 2 patients (13%), The correctted vision was no light perception about 10 patients (67%).Conclusion The contusion of the head and the face often induce the contusion of the optic nerve and the optic atrophy. The visual fimcfion is very poor in this kinds of patients,therefore,the cerebral surgery and the ophthalmologist must cooperate tightly and find the contusion of the optic nerve as early as possible. The legal medical expert should combine with the ophthalmologist and use man), kinds of ophthalmological technique to assess the visualfunction of the patients.
