摘要
在强烈搅拌的条件下 ,用化学沉淀法制备 ,得到了纳米级的拟薄水铝石。然后在适当的条件下煅烧得到超细活性氧化铝。讨论了沉淀反应中溶液浓度、气体流量、反应终点 pH对前驱体晶型的影响 ,以及前驱体晶体形态、煅烧温度和煅烧时间对氧化铝形态的影响。用XRD、TEM及BET对产品进行了表征 ,表明本方法可得到粒径小、比表面积较大的活性氧化铝。
Ultrafine active alumina was prepared by calcinating nano-sized pseudoboehmite which was gotten by chemical deposition method under strong agitation.The effects of the concentration of solution,gas flux and the final pH value in the deposition reaction on the morphology of pseudoboehmite were discussed,and the influence of morphology of the precursor,calcining temperature and calcining time on the morphology of the alumina was also studied.The alumina was characterized by XRD,TEM and BET techniques.The results show that nanosized active alumina with big specific area can be obtained by this method.
