摘要
利用不同温度下Na+ 、Mg2 + / /Cl-、SO42 --H2 O四元体系相图 ,对用沉降离心机分离高温盐制取一水硫酸镁和精制盐的工艺条件进行了理论分析。通过工业性试验验证 ,得出用沉降离心机分离高温盐是可行的 ,整个工艺过程形成闭路循环 ,为高温盐的综合利用提供了一条合理的路线。
The technological conditions for the preparation of monohydrate magnesium sulfate and purified salt from high-temp.salt by settling & centrifugation method are analyzed through the quarternary phase diagram of Na +,Mg 2+//Cl -,SO 2- 4-H 2O under different temperature.And its industrial experiment is carried out and verified.It shows that the settling centrifugation method for the separation of high-temp.salt is feasible and the whole process is in the closed circulation,which provides a rational way for the comprehensive utilization of high-temp.salt.
