摘要
采用云南化工研究院开发的工业性试验成果 ,对四川磷矿进行了制取饲料级脱氟磷酸三钙工艺评价试验研究。结果表明 :工艺路线、工艺条件及脱氟剂 (AAA)均能满足要求 ,磷的转化率大于 93% ,脱氟率大于 95 % ,产品质量指标符合企业标准 (Q/YXSJ0 1— 1997)。
With the adoption of the industrial experimented result developed by Yunnan Research Institute of Chemical Industry,the study on the trial of process evaluation for making feed grade defluorinating tricalcium phosphate from Sichan phosphorite was conducted.It shows that the process,its conditions,and defluorinating agent AAA can meet the requirements the P conversion rate>93%,defluorination rate>95% and products quality is in compliance with the standard(Q/YXSJ01-1997).
