摘要
以锌焙砂为原料 ,开发了氨法生产超细活性氧化锌新工艺。把实验室氨法超细活性氧化锌工艺进行中试 ,净化工序摒弃了传统的高锰酸钾除铁锰 ,改为静置氧化除铁锰和二氧化铅深度除锰 ,提高了净化液技术指标。同时着重考察上述工艺工业化的各项技术经济指标 ,优化了工艺路线 ,为建厂做好技术准备工作。
The pilot test for the preparation of superfine active zinc oxide by ammonia method was carried out in which the roasted zinc was used as raw material.During the purification stage,the static setting and PbO 2 oxidation were adopted for the removal of Fe and Mn instead of the traditional KMnO 4 oxidation method.It can improve the technical index of purified liquid.Meantime,the related technical & economical index for industrial production were investigated and optimized.
