银杏外种皮中银杏酚酸的超临界CO_2萃取 被引量:6

摘要 本文对超临界CO2 萃取法从银杏外种皮中萃取银杏酚酸的工艺可行性进行了研究。主要探讨了萃取压力、温度、时间等条件对银杏酚酸收率的影响 ,确定了超临界CO2 萃取银杏酚酸的最佳条件 ,用HPLC法对银杏酚酸进行分析。结果表明萃取压力为 30MPa ,温度 4 5℃ ,萃取时间 6h ,CO2 流量为 2L/min为最佳条件。超临界CO2 萃取法萃取银杏外种皮中的银杏酚酸比传统方法优越 ,表现在得率、纯度高 ,无溶剂残留 ,操作简便。 The technology of supercritical CO 2 fluid extraction for ginkgolic acids in the epicarp of Ginkgo biloba L.was studied.The effect of pressure,temperature and extraction time on the yield of the ginkgolic acids was explored.The optimum conditions for supercritical CO 2 fluid extraction was 30MPa,45℃,extraction time 6h and the flow rate of CO 2 2L/min.The ginkgolic acids were determined by HPLC.Supercritical CO 2 fluid extraction exceled the traditional solvent extraction in high yield,high purification and easy operation.
