萍乡市水生态文明城市建设研究

Research on Turning Pingxiang into a Civilized City with Water Ecology

萍乡市已列为全国第二批59个水生态文明试点城市之一,萍乡资源枯竭、城市正在转型,迫切需要开展水生态文明建设。萍乡又通过了节水型社会建设试点城市验收,具有良好的实施条件。水生态文明城市建设需紧紧围绕萍乡城区"一轴二核"空间发展布局和市域经济发展总体目标,以可持续发展的治水思路,通过加强水安全、水环境、水生态、水文化的建设,全面构建与萍乡城市发展相适应的协调的水生态系统,本文从萍乡概况、开展水生态文明建设迫切性与可行性、建设思路及措施等四个方面进行了阐述。

Pingxiang, as one of pilot cities with civilization and water ecology listed in the second batch of 59 national cities, is experiencing the transformation. As a city with exhausted resources, Pingxiang is badly in need of promoting civilization with water ecology. As a pilot city conducting water-saving, Pingxiang has great advantages in achieving the goal. The building of a civilized city with water ecology involves a close focus on the overall goal of the development of Pingxiang downtown with 'one center, two cores' and the city-wide economic development. It also requires a thinking pattern regarding water control with sustainable development. Paying more attention to water safety, water environment, water ecology and water culture can help to build a water ecology system compatible with the development of Pingxiang City. The paper elaborates the following aspects as a brief introduction to Pingxiang, the urgency and feasibility of building a civilized city with water ecology, the plan and measures.
