摘要
手性医药中间体在合成过程中,由于催化剂、温度等因素的影响,导致合成产品纯度和总收率降低,影响产品质量。从发酵、料比和温度等因素考虑,加强中间体合成过程控制,同时找出合理的产物分离方式并简化后处理,提高产品纯度和总收率。
The purity, the absorptivity and quality of chiral pharmaceutical intermediates can be influenced by catalyst, temperature and other factors in the synthesis process. The paper is to propose a better method to raise the purity and absorptivity of the product with ferment, elements' proportion and temperature taken into consideration, strengthening the process control, realizing a reasonable way to separate and simplify the products, so as to increase the purity and the absorptivity.
