A Provincial Early-warning System for Industrial Operation Monitoring and Integration of Application System

本文主要围绕数据采集、数据分析、重大问题预警三个方面展开研究,拟建立一套规范化的省级工业经济运行监测预警系统,实现复杂工业经济运行状态的实时监测、动态预警。系统建设的目的在于加强工业系统理性思维、提高工业工作的真实性、可预见性、科学性和针对性,提高经济管理部门驾驭市场经济特别是工业经济的能力。

The paper makes research on such areas as data acquisition, data analysis and early warning for major issues. It aims to establish a set of standardized provincial early-warning system for industrial operation monitoring, thus fulfilling real-time monitoring of complex industrial operation and dynamic early warning. The system intends to develop a reasonable thinking pattern in analyzing the industrial system, to render actuality, predictability, scientificity and pertinence of industrial work, and to improve the ability of economic management department in keeping the market economy, especially industrial economy well in hand.
