摘要
通过建立房地产业与区域经济的指标体系,运用熵值法确定各指标的权重值,构建了二者的耦合协调度模型。将2006—2014年的数据代入模型,分别从纵向和横向对比分析了河源市房地产业与区域经济的耦合协调程度,并结合经济因素对耦合程度进行了分析,提出了其协调度仍有进一步提高的空间,虽然当前处于去库存时期,仍应采取促进房地产业发展的政策。
By constructing the index system of real estate industry and regional economy, using entropy method to determine the value of the weight of each index, the coupling coordination degree model of the two sets is constructed. By putting the data of the year 2006—2014 into the model, the coupling coordinative degree of Heyuan City is analyzed by vertical and horizontal comparison. Through the analysis of the economic factors, the paper states that the coupling degree will be improved. Meanwhile, some suggestions are put forward in the paper. Although in the inventory times, Heyuan still should take some policies to promote the real estate industry.
