风水信仰与客家丧葬习俗关系探析——以赣南客家为例

On the Relationship between Fengshui and Hakka Funeral Customs ——A Case Study of Hakka in South Jiangxi Province

风水与赣南客家人的民俗活动息息相关,在赣南客家传统社会的丧葬习俗中扮演着重要的角色,赣南作为风水两大流派之一的江西形势派的发祥地,风水在此地区源远流长,经久不衰,同时赣南客家地区的丧葬习俗保留比较完整,也颇有特色。本文以地方文献考证和田野调查的方法,从介绍赣南风水的概况入手,进而分析风水观念下的赣南客家丧葬习俗,并就民众在丧葬习俗中笃信风水的原因进行了探讨,以期对赣南客家风水与丧葬习俗之间关系有个较全面的解读。

Fengshui has got a very close relationship with South Jiangxi Hakka folk activities, which plays an important role in the traditional funeral customs. South Jiangxi is the birthplace of Jiangxi Xingshi school, one of the two major schools of Fengshui. It is where Fengshui enjoys a long history, and where the funeral customs are kept relatively intact with characteristics. Starting from the general introduction of South Jiangxi Fengshui, using the method of local literature research and fieldwork, the paper analyzes the Hakka funeral customs in the concept of Fengshui, discusses the reasons why the people believe in Fengshui in funeral customs, and give a comprehensive interpretation of the relationship between Fengshui and Hakka funeral customs in South Jiangxi Province.
