摘要
随着我国经济进入新常态,中央政府适时提出了供给侧结构性改革的战略。宏观经济管理的重心从偏重需求侧转向更加注重供给侧,这为企业的发展提供了新的契机。与此同时,"大众创业、万众创新"战略的提出,使创新成为企业发展中的重要战略行动,不能适时进行战略创新,企业便很难在市场上生存。企业应利用国家供给侧结构性改革的契机和平台,将有效供给的发展观念纳入企业战略创新过程,以战略创新的流程和重点领域为切入点,真正将创新贯穿于增加有效供给、引导高端需求方面,推动企业实现战略思维、战略愿景、战略行动、竞争策略等方面的创新性构建,为过剩经济条件下企业的可持续发展探寻新的道路。
With its economy entering the‘New Normal'state,China began the supply-side structural reform. The focus of macroeconomic management has been turned from the demand side to the supply side,which provides enterprises with new opportunities for development. At the same time,China put forward the 'mass entrepreneurship and innovation' strategy,so that innovation has become an important driving force in the development of enterprises. Without timely strategic innovation,enterprises would have difficulty surviving in market competition. Making full use of the platform and opportunities created by the supply-side structural reform,enterprises should integrate the concept of effective supply into their strategic innovation with focuses on the starting point and the key area so as to enhance effective supply and to guide high-end demand. Through innovative construction of strategic thinking,strategic vision,strategic action and competitive strategies,enterprises can discover new ways for sustainable development under the condition of surplus economy.
