摘要
《诗经》中的一些诗篇具有鲜明的廉政意识,提倡为政清廉,提倡爱民,反对苛政,反对奢侈糜烂的享乐。强调为政须坚守正直之道,不惧威逼利诱;要求为政者须自警自律,远离奢靡腐败;要求各级官吏管束好家人、亲朋和下属,切实做到齐家治国平天下。《诗经》在正面宣扬廉政观的同时,还对贪腐聚敛、骄奢淫逸的为政者作了无情的揭露和有力的批判。其中对贵族统治者贪婪成性,受贿纳赃的行为、及时行乐的颓废思想、醉生梦死的生活作风、荒淫无耻、腐化堕落的丑恶行为等方面的揭露和批判尤其深刻有力。指出如果任其贪腐成风、蔓延而不加以有效遏制禁止,必然会带来朝政败坏、社会动荡不安、江山不稳的严重后果。《诗经》廉政观是周代德治思想的重要组成部分,尽管《诗经》中还没有出现"廉政"这一词语,但《诗经》廉政观却在《诗经》所宣扬的德治思想中得到了充分的展现。
The Book of Songs advocates an incorruptible government,and love of citizen. And it opposes a harsh government and luxury enjoyment. It stresses that government officials must adhere to integrity and shouldn't fear coercion;they must be self-disciplined keeping away from the corruption;they must also restrain family members,friends and subordinates from corruption so as to better serve the country. The Book of Songs also makes relentless criticism on corrupt government officials.It points out that serious consequences might arise if no containment was introduced. The viewpoints on clean-fingered politics in this book are an important part of the thought of'rule of virtue'in Zhou Dynasty.
