摘要
以工业硅溶胶为硅源,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备CuO-CaO/SiO2超细催化剂。通过TEM、BET、XRD等测试技术分析了制备条件对催化剂结构的影响,并通过改变反应条件考察了催化剂的糠醛加氢制2-甲基呋喃反应性能。结果表明,以1 0mol/L的Na2CO3溶液为絮凝剂,在中性溶液中凝结溶有活性组分硝酸盐的硅溶胶,不但可以制得粒度较均匀的超细硅凝胶载体,同时可使活性组分以纳米级难溶盐的形式均匀分布于载体内。催化剂具有优良的催化性能和热稳定性,适宜的反应条件为:温度210~230℃,n(H2)/n(醛)=5~6,空速200~300h-1。
CuOCaO/SiO2 ultrafine catalysts were prepared using colloidal silica as silicon source by solgel method The influence of preparing conditions on the structure of catalysts was investigated with TEM,BET and XRD techniques The performance of catalysts for hydrogenation of furfural to 2methylfuran was discussed The experimental results show that not only ultrafine silica gel are received, but also active component is well dispersed in nanometer size Besides, the catalysts have better reaction performance and thermostability The proper reaction conditions are reaction temperature 220~230℃, molecular ratio of H2 to furfural 5~6 and space velocity 200~300 h-1
