师生关系的新构想——基于第三次工业革命

New Idea of the Relationship Between Teachers and Students——Based on the Third Industrial Revolution

教师和学生作为教育活动的主要参与者,目前他们二者的关系呈现出呆板、缺乏人情味的局面,这势必影响到教育教学工作的开展。鉴于此,本文尝试以第三次工业革命为切入点,从人格关系、心理关系、教育关系三个方面构建一种新型的师生关系,力求为今后的研究提供一种新的视角,为师生关系问题的讨论与解决提供借鉴意义。

Teachers and students as the major participators of education now present a kind of stiff and inhumane relationship,which is harmful to education. In view of this,the article uses the third industrial revolution as the entry point and builds a new relationship between teachers and students in the aspects such as personality relationship,psychological relationship and educational relationship,bringing a new idea for the future research and putting forward some feasible suggestions for handling the issue of relationship between teachers and students.
