Rule of law and rule of virtue are a harmonious and unified organism in the new era of Chinese socialism.They are the content and guarantee of harmonious society.They are essential for China’s economic and social development in the new era.We should inherit and carry forward the socialist principle that'there should be laws to be followed and strictly enforced and law violation should be punished'.Legislative body,judicial body,law enforcement and law-abiding should form a harmonious unity for governance.The organic unity of the party’s leadership,the people’s position as masters of the country,and the rule of law should be achieved,so that the socialist rule of law in new era fully embodies the spirit of harmony.
