应用型本科学校英语专业“校标”制定的原则与要求

Principles and Requirements for the Establishment of “University Standards”for English Majors in Application-oriented Colleges

根据教育部新颁布实施的《高等学校英语专业本科教学质量国家标准》(以下简称《国标》)的要求,各高校应根据《国标》精神制定本校的英语专业'校标'。'校标'应以符合学校定位、略高于《国标》和坚持应用为原则,以培养熟悉党和国家方针政策、了解我国国情、具有全球视野、熟练运用外语、通晓国际规则、精通国际谈判的专业人才为目标,强调对学生的知识要求、能力要求和素质要求。

According to the requirements of the National Criteria of Teaching Quality for Undergraduate English Majors(hereinafter referred to as the National Standard),newly promulgated and implemented by the Ministry of Education,universities should formulate their own'University Standards'for English majors in accordance with the spirit of the National Standard.'University Standards'should be based on the principles of conforming to the orientation of the university,slightly higher than the'National Standard'and insisting on its application.It should aim at training professionals who are familiar with the Party’s and national policies,understanding China’s national conditions,having a global vision,using foreign languages proficiently,mastering international rules and international negotiations.It should emphasize the requirements for undergraduates’knowledge,ability and quality.
